At Hellow Balloons, we want you to love your order! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below.
Refunds
We accept refund requests for unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.
All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for the following:
Customised or personalised products (such as custom balloon arrangements)
Products that have been opened or used
Exchange
If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at party@hellowballoons.co.za. We will arrange for a replacement or an exchange at no additional charge.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at party@hellowballoons.co.za with your order number, and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your items.
